At Pandemama, we bake all of our products fresh to order to ensure the best quality and taste.

Processing Time

All items are prepared and baked after your order is placed. Orders are typically baked and dispatched the same day or the next working day.

Shipping Method

We ship orders using a next-day delivery service wherever possible to ensure our baked goods arrive fresh.

Once your order has been dispatched, you should normally receive it the following day, depending on the courier service and your location within the UK.

Delivery Timeframe

Most customers will receive their order within 1–2 days of dispatch. However, courier delays can occasionally occur.

If you have not received your order within 3–4 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.
