What is the return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any food items once they have been dispatched or delivered.
If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- Your order arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong item
- Your order is missing items
If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
When will I get my order?
All goods are made and dispatched on the same or next day. Shipping can take up to 24 hours to arrive once dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. For orders under £25, postage is £3.95 and free if over.
