Pandemama – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pandemama, we take great care in preparing and packaging our baked goods to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any food items once they have been dispatched or delivered.

Refunds & Replacements

If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order is missing items

If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund

Please email us at orders.pandemama@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging if the item arrived damaged

Once we review your request, we will determine whether a refund, replacement, or store credit is appropriate.

Non-Refundable Situations

We unfortunately cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • You change your mind after placing the order

  • The product was not stored properly after delivery

  • The issue is reported more than 24 hours after delivery
