The name Pandemama is a blend of pandesal — the beloved Filipino bread roll — and mama, honouring the mother who founded this bakery. Say it slowly and you'll find it: pan de mama. Bread from mum.
We're big believers in taking it slow. Guided by ma (間) — a Japanese concept that celebrates space and pause — we give our doughs all the time they need to become their most delicious selves.
From our impossibly soft ensaymadas to our delicate chiffon cake, each creation is an invitation to slow down and savour the moment by yourself or share it with a loved one.
